FAQ

Questions Sorted into Clear Answers

1. What exactly is included in the course?

The contents depend on the selected plan. Courses may include structured modules, written explanations, practical activities, planning maps, observation tables, daily and weekly review templates, and a final assignment. Each plan page contains a separate list of modules and materials. Review that list before placing an order to choose a suitable level of detail.

2. How are the plans different?

The plans are arranged in ascending order according to the volume and depth of the materials. Introductory options cover foundational daily planning, while later plans examine working cycles, multi-stage assignments, weekly maps, parallel workstreams, and completed-record archives. Each plan introduces a separate subject rather than repeating the previous option.

3. How long does the course take?

The duration depends on the number of modules, reading pace, and time spent on practical activities. Introductory materials can be reviewed during several short study periods, while broader plans are intended for more consistent work. We recommend leaving enough time to test the planning activities in everyday situations.

4. Do I need to follow a fixed schedule?

No. You choose your own pace and can distribute the modules according to your routine. Some learners review the materials several times per week, while others reserve one longer study period during the weekend.

5. What format is the course provided in?

The course is provided as digital files for reading and independent practice. Depending on the plan, the set may include PDF materials, worksheets, tables, diagrams, and templates. The exact file formats are listed on the relevant plan page.

6. Does the course contain visual or spoken lessons?

Daylume is primarily built around written modules, practical materials, maps, and templates. When a particular plan includes another format, this will be stated directly in its description. Formats that are not included will not be presented as part of the plan.

7. Do I need previous time-management experience?

No previous preparation is required for the introductory plans. The materials begin with observing a current schedule, reviewing tasks, and identifying foundational priorities. Later plans include more detailed structures, but the main concepts are introduced in sequence.

8. Is the course suitable for someone who already uses a planning system?

Yes, particularly when you want to review your current structure, identify overloaded periods, or connect several separate lists. Later plans may be useful for parallel workstreams, recurring procedures, and multi-week maps. The course does not require you to abandon your current method.

9. How do I receive the materials after purchase?

After the order is confirmed, the store provides instructions for receiving the digital files. Information may also be sent to the email address entered during checkout. Check that your contact details are correct before completing the order.

10. Can I download the materials to my device?

Yes. Daylume courses are prepared as downloadable files, allowing you to save them on a compatible device for independent study. Downloaded materials are intended for the purchaser's personal use.

11. Can I study without an internet connection?

Yes. After downloading the files, you can read the materials and complete the activities offline. An internet connection may only be required for the initial download, another download attempt, or contacting support.

12. How long can I use the downloaded materials?

Files stored on your device may be used for long-term personal study. Keep the original files and save a backup copy in a secure location. The option to download the files again is determined by the store's current terms.

13. Does the course state that every learner will have the same outcome?

No. The course does not state that every learner will have the same outcome. Individual experience may depend on the selected plan, study pace, current routine, and the way the materials are applied.

14. Is my payment protected, and can I submit a refund request?

Payments are processed through the payment methods connected to the store. The store will not ask you to send payment details through ordinary messages or email. For paid plans, a refund request may be submitted within 30 calendar days of the order date. Requests are reviewed according to the store's published terms, the relevant order information, and the amount of material already used.
